The President of Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono stays at The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua for specially opening the Bali Democratic Forum at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali’s Convention Centre from 8 December 2010 until 10 December 2010.

H.E. Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Madame Ani Bambang Yudhoyono were welcomed by Mr. Frank Beck, the Managing Director of The St Regis Bali Resort and The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali together with Executive & Department Head members as well as the ambassadors of the resort at the VIP Entrance of The Laguna Bali.

On departure from the resort, H.E. Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Madame Ani Bambang Yudhoyono were given an exceptional farewell by the Hotel Manager, Executive & Department Head members and various ambassadors with an indigenous Balinese experience.

Full choice of cocktails and mocktails were served at the Kul Kul Bar by the beach hosted by W Retreat & Spa Bali-Seminyak followed by an exquisite buffet dinner at the Ocean Terrace by the beach hosted by The St Regis Bali Resort and The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. The choice of appetisers, main course and desserts prepared by culinary team from both resorts which is lead by the award-winning Oscar Perez, the Director of Kitchens of The St Regis Bali Resort and I Made Putra, the Executive Chef of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. The evening concluded with after diner cocktails served at the Temple Garden of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali with many Westin brand elements to lounge around on.
